Yes we do. If you are a showroom, designer, contractor, architect or otherwise that needs to purchase our products to serve their own customer, we do offer our Trade Partner program of discounts, digital assets, tech specs, and installation advisory.

An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

All orders will receive an expected production start date. 1. Orders cancelled prior to the production start date will receive an 80% refund 2. Orders cancelled after production start but prior to shipping or 'available for pickup' will be 50% refunded 3. Any orders that are damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

All of our product is made to order. Therefore we do not accept product returns unless the product fails to match description or is damaged in shipping. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to sending in.
